Las Casas del Toqui Late Harvest Semillon 2001 Cachapoal Valley, Chile As there is no botrytis in Chile, these grapes are harvested one and a half months after the rest of the vintage. The resulting wine is honeyed and sweet, without being too sweet, and has complex flavours of pears, vanilla and toasted nuts.
